We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Officer to bridge the gap between our Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams while driving product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Positioning & Messaging
Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for ATS and HRIS solutions.
Translate complex product features into clear customer benefits.
Maintain product messaging consistency across all channels.
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
Assist in planning and executing product launches, feature releases, and enhancement announcements.
Create launch plans, communication materials, and sales enablement resources.
Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful market rollout.
3. Content & Marketing Assets
Develop product brochures, presentations, case studies, product one-pagers, website content, and customer success stories.
Create product-focused email campaigns, blog articles, webinars, and social media content.
Support thought leadership initiatives in HR technology and recruitment automation.
4. Sales Enablement
Equip the sales team with presentations, product demos, FAQs, competitor comparisons, and objection-handling materials.
Participate in sales meetings and customer demonstrations when required.
Assist in preparing proposals and product presentations for enterprise clients.
5. Market & Competitor Research
Monitor HR technology, ATS, HRIS, AI, and recruitment industry trends.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify product differentiation opportunities.
Gather customer insights and market intelligence to support product strategy.
6. Customer & Product Insights
Work closely with Customer Success teams to understand customer challenges and feature requests.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Support user adoption and customer engagement initiatives.
7. Performance Tracking
Track key product marketing metrics including lead generation, product adoption, feature usage, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
Prepare regular reports and actionable recommendations for management.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
6 months to 1 year of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, SaaS Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related
Experience in HR Technology, SaaS, Enterprise Software, ATS, HRIS, ERP, or technology products is preferred.
Required Skills

Understanding of AI applications in recruitment and workforce management.
Experience with content creation tools, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
Basic understanding of SaaS and customer lifecycle management.
