Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead digital marketing campaigns, manage client accounts, and guide a team of marketing professionals.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, campaign strategy, client coordination, and performance analysis. This role requires someone who can plan and execute digital campaigns while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

The Digital Marketing Supervisor will work closely with clients, creative teams, media teams, and internal stakeholders to develop effective marketing strategies that support brand visibility, lead generation, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies based on client objectives.

• Prepare campaign plans focused on brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, conversions, and business growth.

• Recommend suitable digital platforms, campaign formats, target audiences, budgets, and communication approaches.

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes, audience behavior, and advertising practices.

• Support the development of monthly, quarterly, and campaign-specific marketing plans.

Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.

• Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation of advertising resources.

• Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, traffic, leads, conversions, and cost efficiency.

• Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend timely improvements.

• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing.

• Ensure campaigns are executed according to the approved strategy, timeline, and budget.

Meta and Google Advertising

• Manage advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Develop campaign structures, audience segments, bidding approaches, and optimization plans.

• Coordinate the preparation of campaign copies, graphics, videos, landing pages, and promotional materials.

• Review campaign performance and make adjustments based on data and client objectives.

• Track important metrics such as impressions, clicks, engagement, cost per click, cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on advertising spend.

Client Servicing and Coordination

• Act as a key point of contact for assigned digital marketing clients.

• Understand client requirements, business goals, target audiences, and campaign expectations.

• Communicate campaign plans, progress, challenges, and results professionally.

• Coordinate regular client meetings, presentations, reviews, and follow-ups.

• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.

• Manage feedback and ensure changes are communicated clearly to relevant team members.

• Support client retention by providing timely service, clear communication, and measurable results.

Social Media Management

• Oversee the planning and execution of social media strategies.

• Support the preparation of content calendars for different brands and platforms.

• Coordinate with content creators, designers, copywriters, video editors, and account teams.

• Ensure social media content is aligned with the client's brand identity, campaign goals, and communication strategy.

• Review scheduled content before publication when required.

• Monitor audience engagement, page performance, and content effectiveness.

Team Supervision

• Lead, supervise, and guide digital marketing team members.

• Assign daily and weekly tasks based on campaign priorities and deadlines.

• Review the quality and accuracy of work completed by the team.

• Provide feedback, coaching, and technical guidance to team members.

• Support junior employees in improving their advertising, reporting, and client communication skills.

• Monitor team workload and ensure responsibilities are distributed appropriately.

• Encourage accountability, teamwork, continuous learning, and timely execution.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze digital campaign performance using platform dashboards and analytics tools.

• Prepare clear weekly, monthly, and campaign-based reports.

• Present performance results, challenges, observations, and recommendations to clients and management.

• Use campaign data to improve future marketing strategies.

• Compare actual results against campaign objectives, budgets, and key performance indicators.

• Maintain accurate records of campaign spending, leads, conversions, engagement, and other important metrics.

Project and Timeline Management

• Develop campaign timelines and ensure all digital marketing activities are completed on schedule.

• Coordinate with creative, media, production, account management, and other relevant teams.

• Monitor project progress and resolve delays or coordination gaps.

• Maintain organized records of client requirements, approvals, campaign assets, and reports.

• Ensure marketing plans are implemented accurately and professionally.

Market Research and Innovation

• Research competitors, industries, target markets, and digital trends.

• Identify new campaign ideas, platforms, formats, and audience opportunities.

• Recommend improvements based on market insights and performance data.

• Explore emerging digital tools and technologies that can improve campaign efficiency.

• Contribute creative and strategic ideas during internal and client discussions.
