Business Development Officer - Jaleshwar

Location: Jaleshwar, Madhesh Province

Key Responsibilities

• Developing growth strategies and plans

• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

• Coordinate with internal departments Support, Technical, Finance, etc. for project execution.

• Monitor and report on business development activities, sales targets, and performance.

• Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote the organization.

• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities when required.

• Ensure client satisfaction and handle client queries or concerns professionally.

• Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations.

• Negotiating with stakeholders

• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

• Up-to-date with business trends

• Drafting and reviewing contracts

• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement

• Guide junior

•  Coordinate with clients for payments

Required Qualifications and Experience

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field

• (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.

• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
