Branch Incharge

Sajilo Net is one of Nepal's fastest-growing Internet Service Providers (ISP), committed to delivering reliable, high-speed internet and exceptional customer service across the country. As we continue to expand, we are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven professionals to join our team as Unit Incharge or Branch Incharge.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the assigned branch.

• Achieve branch sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Supervise and motivate technical, sales, customer support, and administrative teams.

• Ensure timely service delivery, installations, maintenance, and fault resolution.

• Develop local business opportunities and execute sales and marketing initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and local stakeholders.

• Monitor branch performance, prepare operational reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate with Head Office and other departments to ensure smooth branch operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Branch Operations, ISP, Telecommunications, Sales, Customer Service, or a similar leadership role.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Requirements

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.

• Owning a motorcycle or scooter will be an added advantage.

• Must be willing to relocate to any Sajilo Net branch across Nepal based on business requirements.

• Should be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

• Must be available to work beyond regular office hours during emergencies or critical operational situations.
