Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Associate/ Officer to join our growing team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, coordinating hiring activities, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience for our Outsourcing Vertical. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.
Source candidates through ATS, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
Provide recruitment updates and market insights to internal stakeholders.
Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation.
Candidate Experience
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status and interview feedback.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
Recruitment Operations
Utilize the Talent Connects ATS to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
Employer Branding
Support employer branding initiatives across digital platforms.
Create engaging job advertisements and recruitment marketing content.
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and talent engagement activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
