Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Associate/ Officer to join our growing team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, coordinating hiring activities, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience for our Outsourcing Vertical. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.

  • Source candidates through ATS, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.

  • Provide recruitment updates and market insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status and interview feedback.

  • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.

Recruitment Operations

  • Utilize the Talent Connects ATS to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.

  • Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.

Employer Branding

  • Support employer branding initiatives across digital platforms.

  • Create engaging job advertisements and recruitment marketing content.

  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and talent engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
