Jimmal Group is looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content that strengthens our brand presence and drives audience engagement.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands storytelling, attention retention, social media trends, and premium content production. This role goes beyond basic editing—you will be responsible for creating impactful videos that represent the Jimmal Group brand across real estate marketing, personal branding, client success stories, educational content, and promotional campaigns.
You will work closely with the content, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure every piece of content is delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and produced at a professional level.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms, YouTube, advertisements, and brand campaigns.
Create engaging reels, shorts, podcasts, interviews, property showcases, and documentary-style content.
Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound design, and visual effects where required.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all video content.
Organize and manage video assets, project files, and content libraries.
Collaborate with content creators, presenters, and marketing teams to develop high-performing content.
Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Stay updated with content trends, editing techniques, and platform algorithms.
Suggest creative improvements that enhance content performance and audience retention.
Requirements
Proven experience in professional video editing.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software.
Understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual composition.
Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and digital advertising.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Portfolio showcasing previous editing work is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate, personal branding, or digital marketing content.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
Basic understanding of camera angles, cinematography, and content strategy.
Experience working with high-volume content production teams.
