Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers

Managing server operating systems, databases, and applications.

Troubleshooting the server related issues

Troubleshooting Hardware and Software issues

Diagnosing and resolving technical problems of user computers and printers

Installing and upgrading operating systems and software applications

Data Management

Implementing and maintaining data backup and recovery procedures to protect critical data from loss

ERP Implementation and Mobile Application Support

Address user inquiries and resolve the issues

Active Directory

Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts

Creating and managing groups to streamline user access control

Experience and Qualification Requirements

3-5 years of experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree
